RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Replacement or refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original an resalable condition. *For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be exchanged or returned. Send us an email with the following information:
You can request the replacement or refund through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us an email with the following information:
- Your purchase you like to return
- Reason of return, which is not required, but it helps us to improve our service and production.
- Your bank account on where we can transfer the purchase and shipping cost. We will send you a confirmation of your return notification.
Make sure all returned products are well packaged, so they not become damaged in the post.
All products must be in original, resalable condition.
- Item/s must not have been worn or altered in any way.
- The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.
Please keep in mind that returns are at your own expenses and responsibility.
When the package is received, the purchase price plus shipping costs will be refunded within fourteen days.
If returned a product from outside The Netherlands, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Staring Back At Me is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
We cannot take responsibility for products damaged or lost in the return transit. We kindly recommend that you send the product by using a carrier that insures you for the value of the products and provides you with a track and trace number.
Repair or exchange
If you receive a damaged item, please email us so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. If it is not a fault of natural wear and tear, then we will repair/exchange the item at our expense. Please keep in mind that S.B.A.M. works with limited editions - with an exception on the cast brooches. When we do not have the product in stock, we will refund the item within fourteen days after receiving the defect product.
When in stock we will ship most orders within 72 hours. Please note that all of our products are handmade and we work with limited editions. With the exception of the cast 1,2,3 Set Brooches, we can produce them in a shorter period. When the item is not in stock or made to order, we will contact you for more information.
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented to insure that all orders will arrive safely and timely.
